The Moon moves into Gemini at 6:52 pm (pacific standard time).
Gemini is the Mutable Earth sign, and it’s ruled by the planet Mercury. Gemini talks. It’s information, chatter, talking heads.
Gemini is how you express yourself. It’s the way you use your words. Gemini is the 3rd sign and rules the 3rd House, it’s how you communicate with your immediate environment.
Gemini is telephones and television sets and newspapers and magazines. Gemini is curious, it tries to find out a million things at once.
When the Moon’s in Gemini, everybody starts talking.

Right now, the Sun and Mercury are both in Sagittarius, Gemini’s opposite sign. So when the Moon enters Gemini, it opposes the Sun and Mercury. The opposition between the Moon and Mercury will be exact early tomorrow morning (6:07 am pst), and the opposition between the Sun and the Moon (in other words, the Full Moon) will be exact early Saturday (6:36 am pst).
Remember: an opposition between the Sun and the Moon is always a Full Moon, it typically happens once a month. This weekend’s Full Moon in Gemini will also be a Lunar Eclipse, stay tuned!
